DELIVERY

Delivery time frames for the economy delivery:

  • Europe (EU): 5 -7 business days.
  • USA: 10 -14 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 2 - 3 weeks.

We also offer a delivery upgrade option at the checkout.

We process orders for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding EU Public Holidays). We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery if you enter the incorrect address at checkout.

All packages will be posted from Lithuania, Europe. If you are outside the European Union, please note that additional Taxes and Duties may apply. It is your responsibility to check those before ordering. AR Studija will not be responsible for paying tax and duties in your country of residence.

RETURNS

You can return any new undamaged item within 14 days. Please contact us for return instructions.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

We will refund your money within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation.

We can only issue refunds in the same form as the initial payment. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.

If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of the custom made items.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We will carefully inspect every item we sell before shipping it to you. If you receive a damaged item then please keep all packaging materials for inspection. We will require photo documentation of any damage to both the item and the packaging to proceed with a claim. If these terms are not met a return may be denied.

This policy does not affect your rights under consumer law, which apply in addition.
